Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
